Chef Dimitrios Christofis holds a Chef Diploma from French Culinary Institute in New York. He has worked for many years in luxurious restaurants in New York. In 2002 he returned to Greece to join the yachting industry. Dimitrios specializes in both Mediterranean and International cuisine. He is very passionate about his cuisine and eager to tailor-make his guests’ menus. Dimitrios is always keen to present them with gastronomic extravagances or simple, heavenly tastes. He speaks fluent English and basic French & Spanish.
