Brooke was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She found her passion for the industry at a young age while spending majority of her childhood on a family yacht cruising the North and South east-coasts of the United States.
She has a passion for traveling and has traversed through many continents (South America, Europe, Asia, United States). While embarking on her journeys, she has obtained a good understanding of diverse Spanish dialects and cultures.
Among her many hobbies she has pursued her passion for the viticulture by owning and operating a wine and craft beer tasting room and retail store. Additionally, she enjoys an active, healthy lifestyle and in her free time enjoys a wide range of water sports (surfing, wake-boarding, waterskiing, diving (advance PADI certified), snow sports (snowboarding, snowmobiling, backcountry), and teaching wine & food pairing classes.

Julie was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Florida where she found her love for the ocean being heavily involved with boating, water sports, and fishing throughout her childhood. She has worked in the yachting industry for 6+ years on vessels ranging from 80ft-160ft. In addition to an extensive background in yachting, she also has an extensive background in hospitality and international cuisine.
Julie’s culinary background roots from being apart of elite culinary teams in various restaurants and estates around the world where she accumulated a wide range of skills. She has traveled and lived in various places in Asia, Europe, Central America, Caribbean, and United States. Throughout her travels she has developed a diverse palate and can cook anything you are craving! A few of her favorite cuisine styles are: Mediterranean, Asian, Italian, Mexican, French, New American, Vegetarian, Vegan and Organic.
In addition to her passion for cooking, she also enjoys mixology, food & wine pairing, playing guitar, water sports, snow sports, health & fitness, holistic nutrition, and photography.
