ROTATIONAL CAPTAIN | MARK JONES | British
Mark has been a part of the Broadwater program since 2014 and this is his third vessel with the owner. He
loves all things pertaining to the sea and will ensure that your time spent partaking in seafaring activities is
thoroughly entertaining and safe. When Mark isn’t overseeing your flawless experience, you can find him
at home in North Carolina with his wife and two children.

ROTATIONAL CAPTAIN | JACOB EWING | American
Jacob has been with the Broadwater team since 2018 and was immensely involved with the latest refit.
Jacob grew up on the water surfing and fishing, so naturally yachting was a great fit. Jacob enjoys
exploring and sharing new destinations with Guests. Jacobs professionalism always provides guests with
an exceptional and safe experience.

ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS | REBECCA KEARL | AMERICAN
Rebecca has been with the Broadwater program for over 6 years. Her energetic personality, passion for service and love of travel keeps her enthusiasm for her job in full bloom. Rebecca is committed to exceeding guests’ expectations while enjoying all of the unique experiences, opportunities and challenges that the yachting industry has to offer.

ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS | SARAH LIND | Canadian
Sarah comes from a background of fashion design and event coordinating. Her love for being creative
and organized naturally led her into the yachting industry. Her outgoing bubbly personality and passion
for travel keeps her enthusiasm for work constantly flourishing. Sarah is committed to exceeding guest
expectations with her interior team by her side.

SECOND STEWARDESS | SASKIA GAREA | New Zealander
Saskia’s adventurous personality and passion for travelling led her into the yachting industry. Saskia has
a background in childcare & fitness. She enjoys using her creativity when it comes to themed nights and
setting beautiful tables. Saskia is determined to make sure all guest experiences are fun and personable .

THIRD STEWARDESS | MARJOLEIN SCHOEVERS | Dutch
Marly’s fun, free-spirited personality charmed her into working on the sea as a stewardess. She enjoys the
exciting lifestyle and using her creativity. Marly is strongly driven at going the extra mile for guests and
making sure their experience is to the highest standard.

FOURTH STEWARDESS | ANDREA BIO JIMENEZ | Mexican
Andrea’s hunger for adventure made her switch up her sedentary job for the yachting industry. She enjoys
the excitement of traveling and meeting new people. Her amazing eye for detail ensures housekeeping
and the guests experience is always up to the ultimate standard.

FIRST OFFICER | STUART HONEYWILL | British
Stuart comes from an extensive yachting background. During his ten years of yachting experience he has
studied hard and completed his Masters license. Stuart enjoys being at sea and navigating to new places.
He offers much knowledge on beautiful destinations for guests to experience.

BOSUN | MARK PATTERSON | Australian
Mark has been with the Broadwater team for four years. He is currently working towards his OOW ticket and
is exceptional at making the exterior of the boat run smoothly. Mark’s eye for detail and professionalism
makes each guest experience unique and special.

DECKHAND | JEAN NIEMANN | South African
Jeans passion for the ocean, watersports and enthusiastic personality drew him into the yachting industry.
He is currently working towards his OOW ticket and is excited to be working on Broadwater. Jean is always
going above and beyond to ensure the guests are having a great time.

DECKHAND | PERRY STEWART | New Zealander
Perry‘s love for the outdoors stemmed from growing up in the countryside of NZ. Prior to yachting he was
a trained firefighter and is still applying this skill on board. He is passionate about traveling and meeting
people. Perry’s high energy ensures that guests are always smiling.

CHEF | JESPER WESEMAN | Dutch
Prior to yachting Jasper was working in Michelin star restaurants and then the opportunity came up to
work on a super yacht and he hasn’t looked back since. Jasper enjoys the rotation of different guests so he
can present his diverse skills. He loves producing excellent food from different markets around the world.
Jasper is dedicated to making sure guests have a five- star unique experience on Broadwater.

ROTATIONAL CHIEF ENGINEEER | SCOTT BUTLER | South African
Scott worked as a diesel mechanic for Caterpillar in South Africa and began working on oil rigs before
joining his first yacht. His favorite part of his job is the challenges he is presented with and subsequently
finding solutions for them. Scott has been with Broadwater for six years and his strive for safety ensures the
vessel is always performing to its optimal standard.

ROTATIONAL CHIEF ENGINEER | WILL SMITH | British
Will worked on cruise ships for several years until he transitioned into yachting. He loves the variety of
work, constant learning and being able to travel to extraordinary places. Will has been with the Broadwater
program for three years now and is currently working towards his class 1 unlimited engineering license.
He is outstanding at making sure everything is running smoothly and safely.

SECOND ENGINEER | JON BRITTEN | British
Jon started his maritime career on cruise ships and chemical tankers before perusing his dream of working
on a super yacht. Jon enjoys the challenges, and the constant upskilling engineering provides. His
humorous fun loving personality makes him a strong asset to the Broadwater team.
