JOB DESCRIPTION:
Christopher is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, in¬cluding compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regula¬tions, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages team¬work, individual growth and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

His most recent post at the Diablo Fun Watersports School in Oléron saw him adopt a managerial role, involving the complete organisation of catamarans, sand yachting and bodyboarding, as well as administrative tasks and marketing practices. He has also worked at the Club Méditerranée El Gouna in Egypt, where he led coaching sessions for funboarding and sailing, conducted theory lessons and was also responsible for repairs, demonstrating his sound technical knowledge. He has developed a clear comprehension of customer relations which he has combined with his passion for sailing and water-sports.

JOB DESCRIPTION: responsible for the organisation, management and cleanliness of all interior areas onboard. Maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. Ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to any and all guests’ trips. In charge of provisioning the vessel for both guests and crew in all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, he ensures that they are properly cared for and that all requirements are met. Offers a particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit. Thanks to his sailing capability, he can assist on deck during navigation.

Laurence has worked as chefs on yachts from 62' to 110' for the past 4 years. She takes pride and passion in preparing delicious and varied meals for the guests on board. Laurence started sailing 15 years ago as a hobby and then moved on to become Professional. She is not only a chef but a full-on member of the crew who has raced in the "Voiles de St. Tropez", the Pqlmqvella and the prestigious Maxi Yacht of Port Cervo. Laurence also holds the French "Capitaine 200 voile" certificate and is a water sports enthusiast.



HOSTESS – LUCILE SINAPIN - FRENCH - 29
Lucile grew up in Nor,andy where she started sailing with her parents at the age of 12. After completing studies in law and commerce, she started traveling the world with the perfect combination of work and adventure. After a first Atlantic crossing on a sailing yacht she took the decisive path to become a Professional sailor combining her strong hospitality background to her passion. Lucile is also a sports enthusiast and a keen diver who holds the rescue qualification.
