FIRST OFFICER: Pedro Rios - Argentinian
Joined Winter 2019
An experienced seafarer, Pedro joined the yachting industry in 2012 as a junior deckhand and has worked himself through the ranks with passion and determination.
Originally from Argentina, he previously enjoyed an 8-year career in the (Argentinian) Navy, where he gained valuable experience in engineering and navigation. Pedro’s drive and ambition turned his attention to the yachting industry, so after a short stint as a limousine tender driver, he was ready to grow into a more challenging role and before long he had secured his first job on- board M/Y Akula (60m)
Pedro's strong career orientated work ethic and self-motivated energy brings out the best in everything he does, and his mentoring skills mean that the crew members around him lead by example.
A lover of all sports, but especially water sports, fishing and swimming, Pedro would love to find time to perfect his languages and improve his woodwork skills.
Previous Yachts: M/Y Akula (60m), M/Y Bunty (36m) M/Y Far Far Away (38m)

CHIEF STEWARDESS: Zuzana Vranova – Czech
Joined Spring 2019
Suzi grew up in Prague and having completed her Bachelor Degree, she sampled a few different career paths before she travelled to Sardinia to start a seasonal position with a charter fleet company servicing the interiors and preparing the vessels for (bareboat) charters. The dynamic rhythm and varied challenges of the job suited Suzi's bubbly character and once the season was complete, she started to explore the world of yachting.
From that moment, Suzi literally did not look back and step by step she climbed the ladder to achieve her goals. Speaking 6 languages, it is plain to see that Suzi loves to travel and experience new cultures but she also very sportif and loves to cook! Previous Yachts: M/Y Sputnik (60m), M/Y Indulgence of Poole (26m), M/Y Les Bruxellois (34m)
Languages: Czech, Italian, English, Slovak, Spanish, German

2ND STEWARDESS - Georgia Allen - British
Joined SUmmer 2019
Georgia has a passion for maritime and coastal environments, from the age of 13 she was a member of a local Gig rowing club where she took part in the World Gig rowing championships and this has given her the confidence and skills to be an effective team player. Her family members have a strong commitment within Maritime Rescue as members of H M Coastguard. This background was the influence for Georgia to pursue a career at sea by becoming a cadet and studying Nautical Science to HNC level. She recently completed the RYA Professional Yatchmaster Offshore qualification at UKSA. Gaining these skills and qualifications Georgia will now put them to practice onboard M/Y Fiorente.
Georgia loves everything to do with the sea, snorkelling, swimming, stand-up paddle and much more.
