Captain Name: Captain- Bill Noyes
Bill hails from the historical New England Seaport of Mystic, Connecticut and has been involved in the luxury yachting industry for over 30 years. Due to his love of the sea and his desire for adventure Bill has captained both Sailing and Motor Yachts around the world. His sailing has taken him from places as far north as Alaska and east to Nova Scotia. He has spent the last 15 years providing amazing fun, relaxing, adventurous charters throughout the Caribbean Islands. With well over 100 successful charters under his belt, Bill knows the best ports and anchorages whether it be beach combing or absorbing the Island culture he’s happy to take you there. He currently holds a USCG & MCA 1600/3000 Ton Class 4 license.
Bill and his crew on INVISION truly look forward to welcoming you aboard for a memorable charter experience.

Engineer- Javier Fernandez
Javier grew up close to Gibraltar strait area, where he developed his passion for the Sea. Achieving a Degree in Marine Engineering, his career began on Ferries, stepping onto Yachts shortly after.
Combining his sea time with water sports and more sea related studies, he acquired a valued amount of skills allowing him to sail, surf and dive many oceans. Javier is, at all times a team player throughout his experiences on different Sail & Motor Yachts. Though he has an energetic personality, is a competent sailor and PADI Certified Rescue Diver his greatest strength lies over a mechanical aptitude of marine equipment knowledge, ensuring all systems, tenders, water toys, etc. run smoothly, enhancing the guests experience to the highest standards.

1st Mate- Joel Atzenhoffer
Joel holds a 200gt Commercially Endorsed Master of Yachts license. PADI Advanced Diver as well as AEC Engineers certification. Joel’s many qualifications provide our guests a safe and enjoyable time onboard.

Stewardess- Martyna Dubicka
Martyna is a successful provider of High-End customer services. She started her service career working with British Airways before joining the Yachting industry. Through her executive travel and luxury yachting experiences she is able to provide detailed attention and service to ensure guests are happy and taken care of.

Stewardess – Heather Fisher
Sint Maarten/ American
Heather is from United States but has lived in Sint Maarten for many years. She has extensive hospitality and customer service experience that she very excited to apply to her Yachting career. She also has a passion for interior design and party planning.

Bosun – Timothy Fitzgerald
Tim grew up in Newport, R.I. His passion for water sports insures all charter guests exciting adventures. From wake boarding to water skiing or ridding one of our inflatable toys, Timothy is happy to ensure guests are ready to dive in!

Chef- Nathaniel Reinhardt
Nova Scotia, Canada
Nate has been onboard INVISION with past owners as well as current. His culinary skills are many and include; Mediterranean, French, Caribbean, Italian, American, Sushi, Mexican, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher as well as Pastry’s & Artisan Breads.
