Hailing from South Africa, Craig has called South Florida his home for 21 years now. He shares his home with his wife, two dogs, and a revolving door of family and close friends who enjoy their company. His first marine certificates were in scuba diving where he reached PADI Dive master level. Transitioning to yachting, his first captaincy was in 1999 and the rest is history! Craig comes to INVISION with a wealth of knowledge and experience and has set up a team on board, to make wonderful charter experiences for the yachts owner and charter guests.

Chef – Luke Elwin
New Zealand
Luke was born in Auckland, New Zealand and was introduced to the world of hospitality and cooking at a young age. After working in various roles from Michelin restaurants to setting up new restaurants, Luke decided to head to the sea for a new challenge and has spent the last 7 years working all over the world on yachts and as a private chef ashore. Luke's style of food has been described as "light", "inventive" and "playful", and he is always looking for ways to "push the envelope" whilst staying within any dietary requirements presented to him. In his downtime, Luke can be found at the hot yoga studio, playing golf, diving or travelling the world. Luke is in a continual pursuit of new recipes and techniques and looks forward to sharing his passion with his guests.

Jody was born in sunny South Africa and has been in the hotel/tourism industry for 4 years. Working on board gives her the perfect opportunity to combine her love for the ocean, and her hospitality skills. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, surfing and exploring the road less travelled. Jody always goes above and beyond to ensure guests have excellent service with a smile.

Deckhand – Stuart van Kuyeren

Stuart hails from South Africa. After completing his bachelor's degree in marketing management, he decided to try his hand in the yachting industry to travel and experience the many difference cultures of the world. After 3 years in the industry Stuart still enjoys being a part of it very much and plans to continue his education within the industry.
In his free time, Stuart enjoys free diving, spearfishing, coffee, weight training, exercising and anything to do with sports. After eating a 40oz burger he considers himself a semi-professional eater. Feel free to challenge him any time!

Engineer- Javier Fernandez (Rotational)
Javier grew up close to the Gibraltar Straits area where he developed his passion for the Sea. Achieving a Degree in Marine Engineering, his career began on commercial ferries.
With an energetic personality, Javier is competent sailor, watersport lover and Padi certified Rescue diver. His greatest strength lies over a mechanical aptitude and marine equipment knowledge. Ensuring all systems, tenders, water toys, etc. run smoothly, enhancing the guest experience to the highest standards.
