The Yacht
Thanks to a very recent and complete upgrade, 125-foot tri-deck yacht is better than ever. Among the abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces is the sun deck, with a spa pool, bar, and wicker settees. Also on this deck are oversized lounge chairs that adjust to face the sun or shade and can convert to sun pads. One level down, on the boat deck, there’s a large table for dining under the stars. Meals are also served on the main deck, either in the formal dining salon or on the aft deck.
Throughout the interior, neutral colors and rich fabrics complement woods such as cherry, mahogany, burled olive, and inlaid black walnut. The main salon, with a long, curving settee and chairs, has a full bar, a large high-definition 3DTV, and a state-of-the-art sound system.
Accommodations
MILK and HONEY accommodate ten guests in 5 staterooms. The full-beam master suite on the main deck has a private office, a centerline king-size bed, and his-and-her ensuite facilities. Three queen staterooms and one twin stateroom, all ensuite, are located on the lower deck.

MILK and HONEY: Diving
Captain Kenny Tassin is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. In addition, four crew are certified divers. The yacht carries a scuba compressor, tanks, and ten sets of diving equipment for guests to use. Note only certified divers with a current, valid dive card are permitted to dive.

Captain Name: CAPTAIN KENNY TASSIN |American
Captain Kenny grew up boating, fishing, and sailing in southern Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico. His love for the water found him in The Bay Islands of Honduras as a boat Captain and Dive Guide for several years. Captain Kenny’s 30+ year career in the yachting industry has been focused mainly on charters. His cruising expertise includes the Eastern and Western Caribbean, Bahamas, Florida, New England, Western Med, and Alaska. Captain Kenny always delivers his guests the safest, most comfortable, and most pleasurable trips.
CHIEF STEWARDESS CHANDRA TASSIN | American
Chandra was raised on the waters of eastern Long Island, spending summers living aboard her parents’ boat in Sag Harbor. At 20 Chandra became the Assistant Harbor Master and Dock Master for the Village of Sag Harbor and gained lots of experience running boats and tying up large yachts. While working there, she met Captain Kenny, and they decided to share their passion for life and the sea. Besides keeping the boat’s interior in impeccable order, Chandra ensures guests will stay well-pampered with the highest level of service.
CHEF DE CUISINE KEVIN RICHARDSON | American
Chef Kevin is a culinary professional with over 25 years of experience. He graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA), pursuing his studies at the Hyde Park, New York, and Greystone, California campuses. He earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Professional Studies.
