Experienced in the planning, directing and supervising while cooking process in a busy environment. He is greatly talented and skilled in preparing Mediterranean and international cuisine. The last few years he has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Athens and in Les restaurants de la tour Eiffel-Allain Ducasse. Due to her passion for the sea, Rosa decided to follow another career path and joined the yachting industry. She is a very energetic and active person.

From a young age Elvis considered himself as an “explorer”. Anything ocean related had a pull on him. Always available to offer his guests water-sport activities, ranging from jet skiing to surfing with electric surfboards. His qualifications include his Speedboat operator license, Scuba diving (open water diver) license and free diving license (up to 20 meters). In his free time he enjoys traveling, meeting new people and cooking dishes inspired by cultures all around the world.
