2021 marked the inauguration of the Caribbean Charter Yacht Show at Yacht Haven Grande Marina in St. Thomas. The much-anticipated event featured top luxury superyachts ready to entertain and impress brokers and industry professionals. Attending yachts included superyachts Alegria, Halcyon, Helios 2, Impromptu, Just Enough, Laurel, and more.

Indeed, Yacht Haven Grande Marina was an outstanding host for this inaugural Caribbean Charter Yacht Show. Additionally, it facilitated a lounge for charter brokers, meeting rooms, and smooth access to the participating yachts.

Caribbean Charter Yacht Show | Chef’s Competition

A significant highlight of the Charter Yacht Show was the exciting Chef’s Competition. During the multiday event, celebrity judges judge the12 superyacht Chefs, making the occasion entertaining and challenging.

Participating yacht chefs created the required 3-course menu within the Colors of the Caribbean theme. In addition, as part of the challenge, each chef had to incorporate a 50 oz. Tin of Petrossian Caviar, gifted to them from the event Provisions Sponsor, Shoreside Support, must be incorporated into one of their three courses.

The celebrity judges boarded each yacht for 30 minutes to taste and experience the 3-course meal, understanding, and style. Afterward, a winner was chosen for each of the five categories below.
