Luxury Yacht Charter Desserts
While visiting the luxury yacht Gale Winds I enjoyed a delicious luxury yacht charter dessert — chocolate mousse made with avocado. It was delicious!
Today I discovered that you could also make ice cream using avocados. Enjoy a delicious dessert that has all the good stuff! You can learn how to make it from Alton Brown on ABC News Recipes.
Dining onboard your yacht while on a yacht charter can be an experience in fine dining. Many yacht chefs have fantastic culinary skills from years of cooking onshore as well as afloat.
Your chef will customize your breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks based on your preferences. Well in advance of your charter date, we will send you a preference form so you can detail your likes, food preferences, food intolerances, allergies, choice of wines, and other beverages. If there’s anything special you would like, just let us know.
Chefs can prepare gluten-free, vegan, plant-based dining experiences. For example, onboard Catamaran ORION 90, the chef is very familiar with cooking plant-based cuisine.
One of my finest yacht dining experiences was on Catamaran KING’S RANSOM. Chef Nikki created an awesome plant-based menu. Everything from the place settings and beverages to the actual food was outstanding. Luxury Yacht Charter Desserts include yummy things such as
- Berry Meringue Pavlova with Sweet Cream
- Seared Pineapple, Mango, and Banana, Cinnamon Rum Caramel Sauce with Vanilla Ice Cream
- Zillionaire Chocolate Layer Pots
- Tarte au Citron and Soft Toasted Meringue
- Passionfruit Cheesecake and Ginger Syrup
- Selection of Cheese, Crackers, and Chutneys
- All desserts are accompanied by after-dinner liqueurs and fresh coffee
