The Yacht: HEAVENLY

Step onboard the 62-foot Lagoon catamaran HEAVENLY, and you will find yourself in a beautifully appointed cockpit with teak floors, and dining table for eight, and a plush lounging bench. The cockpit has a grill, beverage fridge, and ice maker. The flybridge is a keyspace you can access via wide, safe stairs. The flybridge is also great for reading your favorite book on the sumptuous sofa bench. It’s also a favorite spot for appetizers and cocktails at sundown. The main salon is comfortable and luxurious, with open spaces and natural light fed by all the large windows.

With all the different areas of HEAVENLY, there’s something for everyone. Whether you want to play in the water, socialize, or relax with a good book, you are sure to have a week that can only be described as divine.

Accommodations

HEAVENLY accommodates 8 guests in 4 cabins. All four guest cabins are spacious with large windows that offer plenty of natural light. For your comfort, every cabin offers queen-sized beds and private baths with dedicated shower stalls. All cabins also have flatscreen TVs and a Fusion stereo system for both central and individual cabin control. The high level of finishing in every cabin reflects the luxury that you would expect from a yacht of this caliber.

The Crew Aboard HEAVENLY

Captain Dan Szymczak loves the sea. He spent his youth in southern Connecticut on both fresh and saltwater kayaking, sailing, and fishing. His love of water sports, craft cocktails, and trivia will help make your vacation unparalleled.

While teaching English literature and public speaking at several colleges in New York City, Dan decided to start his career in yachting, working on a schooner in Manhattan. He then transitioned into eco-tourism, where he took guests to see cracking glaciers and breaching whales in Southeast Alaska and mega pods with thousands of dolphins in the Baja peninsula. He’s an accomplished expedition leader.

Chef Chutney Mohler was born and raised on a sailboat in the Caribbean, where her parents first instilled in her a love of travel and the water. Her mother, who was also a charter chef, first taught her the ins and outs of cooking in a galley. Since she was raised in the Caribbean, Chutney’s passion and knowledge of the Virgin Islands are second to none. She loves hiking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and local wildlife, and she has a passion for providing delicious and healthy meals to her friends and guests.

She holds a USCG captain’s license, and although she worked as a captain for many years, her true love has always been food, and five years ago, she became a yacht chef. With over 15 years in the yachting industry, Chutney is well prepared to serve you, your family, and your friends unforgettable tasty meals.
