The new Sunreef 60 and 80 yachts will join the lineup of boats showcased at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival, one of the largest in-water boat shows in the world.

According to Aleksandra Chabros, Sunreef’s charter manager, both the 60′ and 80′ are perfect boats for charter adventures. “You’ve got everything you need and more for sailing in ultimate comfort,” Said Chabros.

What makes these two boats ideal for luxury yacht charters?

Obviously, the potential for large cabins in both hulls, a flybridge with a Jacuzzi, wet bar, and sun pads as well as a hydraulic platform for launching and raising a tender. The cockpit is extended out by the additional platform. And let’s not forget the walk-in dressing room in the master suite, desk, sofa, retractable TV and large bathroom.

According to Chabros, both boats will comfortably sleep ten guests. However, there is a possibility of squeezing in a few more on the ’80 as she has nearly 300 square meters of living space and more possibilities for customization. However, both boats do have several layout possibilities. “Each yacht is designed to the needs and desires of its owner,” she continued.

According to Sunreef Yacht’s website, the saloon on both boats provides panoramic views of the exterior and opens to the bow terrace as well as the cockpit.

The flybridge on the ’60 is 36 square meters, while the one on the ’80 is 54 square meters. The ’80 has a beam of nearly 40 feet and can carry nearly 1600 gallons of fuel. The beam on the ’60 is nearly 34 feet and can carry just over 462 gallons of fuel.

Chabros has not had the opportunity to sail on the Sunreef 80 yet. However, she said she was on board for the final inspection of the 60 and 80, and both are “gorgeous.” She added that the 60 is very easy to handle, and her maneuverability and optimized performance are impressive.

Apart from size, what other differences will you find between the ’60 and ’80?

Chabros says that the differences are very subtle. The 80 has slightly higher bulwarks, a shallower bow terrace, and the Sunreef 80’s beds are placed at floor level. Subtle differences indeed!
