Captain Panagiotis Intzirtzis is an experienced yachting master with a rich Mediterranean Sea background spanning 14 years. Before venturing into the world of yachts, he spent seven years as Chief Officer in the Hellenic Merchant Navy. After that, he spent two years on coastal patrol vessels. Beyond his maritime expertise, Captain Panagiotis is an accomplished free diver and deep-sea fishing enthusiast.
Captain Panagiotis loves the sea and enjoys sharing his fishing passion with guests. If you taste fresh seafood, Captain Panagiotis will skillfully catch the most delicious fish to serve for lunch or dinner onboard. Additionally, he’s more than happy to share his fishing wisdom so that you can land the catch of the day.
His warm and patient demeanor has made him a beloved figure among guests. Having spent 15 years navigating the Greek archipelago on a 30m yacht, he’s your guide to the finest coasts. He’s fluent in both Greek and English.
Chef Stelios Thiakos is a graduate of IEK AKMI and the esteemed Chef d’Oeuvre. He has nearly two decades of culinary expertise, including stints at fine restaurants. For the past five years, he’s been a chef on luxurious motor yachts, wowing guests with his inventive dishes.
Chef Stelios is a connoisseur of Greek and international cuisine, always exceeding expectations. His dedication to mastering his craft is evident in his attendance at seminars like Asian Masterclasses and Sous Vide.
When he’s not creating culinary marvels, Stelios enjoys practicing martial arts and holds a Krav Maga Federation license. Previous voyages include M/Y SOLARIS and S/Y ELLEN V.
