EROS, known as “a luxury yacht with soul,” is a 115-foot sailing yacht. This recently refurbished schooner is perfect for family adventures or groups of friends looking to escape the crowds on vacation with all the comforts of home. There are beautiful spaces above and below the deck to enjoy dining, relaxing, and getting together with friends and family.
Accommodations
EROS accommodates up to 10 guests. There are four luxurious double cabins, including; 1 ensuite Queen, one ensuite double, and two twins with a shared bathroom. There is also space for an additional four guests in the recently refitted saloon and on the couches in the deckhouse.
EROS was great, the captain, chef and crew phenomenal, the food and service were absolutely top notch. Wonderful sailing, snorkelling, hiking. Our kids all said it was by far the best family trip we have taken.
Recent Guest’s Review
EROS is currently in Antigua and will start a charter in the USVIs on February 20th. Therefore, you could only enjoy a charter including Antigua and Guadeloupe or Guadeloupe. Or, start the charter in Antigua, pass through Ille Forchue (near St. Martin), and end in the USVI’s. Or, enjoy a week exploring the USVI’s. The wind is consistent, the water is warm, the islands are as inviting as ever, and the EROS crew is ready to show you the vacation of a lifetime.

The Crew
Your EROS charter crew includes our Captain, Chef, First Mate, Steward, and Deckhand. All crew members are licensed full-time professionals certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. Their love for sailing is matched by their steadfast commitment to your safety and comfort. The captain and chef are highlighted below.
Captain Justin Bernhart is a licensed captain with an extensive background in marine safety and charter, as well as tall ship and motor yacht handling. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, with experience in search and rescue, and a graduate of the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding. Captain Justin has spent years building and restoring wooden boats on North America’s east and west coasts. He is an experienced offshore sailor and deliveryman. And he has been at the helm of various charter and privately-owned vessels, from the 103-foot gaff-rigged AURORA to a 12-meter racing sloop and a 112-foot Westport motor yacht. His credentials include a 500-ton USCG license, advanced firefighting, medical care, and rescue. He is adept at crew training, supervision, and yacht management.
Chef Jessica Filkins grew up on Block Island and spent half her childhood home-schooled on a boat in the Bahamas. She studied philosophy, anthropology, and psychology at Colorado College. As a chef, Jessica is renowned for creating delicious healthy foods.
