The Crew
Captain Biff learned to sail when he was very young. Once he was old enough, he found his way to the Mediterranean coast of France. There, he began a career teaching sailing.
He worked around France and Spain and eventually began his sailing school on the chic Greek Riviera. He finally settled in the BVI.
Chef Amy learned to cook when she was nine. After finishing university, she traveled to Turkey, Italy, France, and finally to Greece, where she met Biff.
She discovers local recipes and cooking techniques wherever she travels. She refined her skills at the renowned Ashburton & River Cottage cookery schools in Devon, UK.
Amy & Biff have the experience and knowledge to make your vacation unforgettable.
A third crew member, Piers Reid, rounds out the team. Piers holds an RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore Sail endorsement. He has been sailing professionally around the world since 2014. Piers is happy to lend a hand wherever needed, guiding you on a hike or making your favorite cocktail.
