The Yacht
This 50’ Fountaine Pajot Saba 50 sailing catamaran is built for comfort and performance. The main salon and dining area have an open plan, with ample windows that bring in natural light and provide beautiful views. There is a set-in table with an L-shaped lounge and two seats for dining.
If you choose, enjoy a meal in the aft seating area. It’s fully covered from the sun and perfect for lounging and dining in the shade. If you prefer a sunnier spot, there’s a comfortable netted area on the bow with cushions to relax during the day or view the stars at night. In addition, an upper flybridge with a helm provides a separate sunning area.

You’ll find plenty of room throughout when you step onboard this sleek yacht. Five ensuite cabins, one master, three double, and one triple (all with Queen beds) accommodate up to 11 passengers.
There’s never a lull in the activity unless you want it. Choose from one or more of the included water toys. There’s a wakeboard, waterskis for children and adults, a stand-up paddleboard, snorkel equipment, fishing gear, and more.
In the main salon, relax with complete electronic amenities, including Wi-Fi, HDMI Hookup, TV, and Audio Visual Equipment.
The Crew
The three-person crew is discreet, allowing you privacy while being ready to attend to your every need.
Captain Nikolas Siganos has been a yacht captain for the past 13 years. He holds a sailing boat and speedboat license and is also a certified lifeguard. He is an experienced sailor and even volunteered as a sailor at the 2004 Olympics in Athens.
Captain Nikolas is always there to greet his clients with a smile and is extremely hard-working. He speaks English and Greek, and his leisure hobbies include cycling, swimming, and amateur photography.
Stewardess/Deckhand Natalia Vorona is 44 years old and has been in the hospitality industry since 1997. Her working experience includes four years as a stewardess in professional yachts. Natalia speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Greek. Her hobbies include dancing, gymnastics, and painting.
Dining onboard NEW HORIZONS II is an absolute delight. Chef Miltos Koskinakis is a graduate of the Institute of Vocational Training Akemi. He holds a butcher’s certificate and a Hellenic Food Authority certification.
Miltos has worked in various restaurants and resorts, including Nikki Beach Hotel & Spa in Santorini, Porto Heli, and Sun Rocks Santorini as Chef De Partie. He speaks English, Greek, and German. Miltos is a young chef with energy, skills, and passion.
