CaptainJosé is a seasoned yacht captain with over 25 years in the industry, known for his hands-on expertise, great local connections, and passion for life at sea. He’s raced at the highest level—part of the winning Cacadu crew in the 2000 Sydney 40 World Championship—and has spent years delivering and maintaining both sailing and motor yachts across the globe.
Based in Mallorca, José is exceptionally knowledgeable in cruising the Balearics and brings a meticulous, safety-first mindset, sharp mechanical skills, and a true love for yachting.

Marisol, is a 26-year-old Deck Officer with extensive experience serving aboard offshore vessels, luxury yachts, and merchant ships. Marisol has a strong proficiency in navigation, crew management, and vessel maintenance in accordance with IMO regulations. Recognized for being proactive, team-oriented, and capable of performing effectively under pressure. She has a proven track record and love for the sea!
