A dual UK–South African national, Kieran holds an RYA YachtMaster Offshore with commercial endorsement, as well as STCW 2010, Superyacht Tender Operator, and Proficiency in Designated Security Duties certifications. His experience spans skippering charters in Greece aboard Lagoon catamarans, commanding offshore passages out of Cape Town, and ensuring top-tier safety and seamanship standards for both crew and guests.
Kieran’s maritime career is built on a foundation of discipline and adaptability, shaped by his service as a Royal Marine and anti-poaching operative, where he honed his leadership, security, and crisis-management skills. These experiences have translated seamlessly into his yachting career—he now handles navigation, docking, maintenance, and custom itineraries with calm professionalism, all while ensuring vessels operate to the highest standard. Chef Emma Kinsley brings a refined culinary touch and a wealth of international hospitality experience to Destiny Unbound in the BVI. A graduate of the renowned Ashburton Chefs Academy, she has worked as Chef/Stew across Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Thailand, developing menus that delight guests with both local flavors and personalized touches. With her background spanning luxury chalets in the French Alps to flotilla hosting in the Mediterranean, Emma has mastered the art of anticipating guest needs, elevating service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere onboard.
Passionate about both food and the ocean, Emma thrives in combining her love of travel, water sports, and fresh, seasonal ingredients to craft memorable dining experiences at sea.
