CAPTAIN – Dimitris SkopelitisDimitris, born in 1992 in Greece, began his maritime career in 2014, after completing his studies. He holds a Captain’s diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Management, along with several certifications, including Ship Security Officer, Advanced Fire Fighting, Ro/Ro Passenger, and a Speedboat license. In 2022, Dimitris joined the M/Y Sea Wolf as Chief Officer, and since then, he knows the yacht like the back of his hand, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. Dimitris is known for his multi-talented nature and friendly, approachable personality, making him an ideal captain for the yacht. His excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for the sea make him a perfect guide for creating tailor-made cruises. Dimitris is passionate about exploring new areas, discovering secluded beaches, and providing unique experiences for guests. Fluent in English, he enjoys sailing, kitesurfing, and snowboarding, embracing a lifestyle that reflects his love for adventure and the outdoors.

Panagiotis was born in 1989 and he is a Greek national. He has an extensive background in marine engineering. He studied at Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holds all the necessary certifications for his position. With over 10 years of experience, he began his career aboard tanker ships, gaining valuable hands-on knowledge in the field. Throughout his career, Panagiotis has demonstrated a strong ability to take initiative, particularly in addressing challenges during stressful and demanding situations. He is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the engineering department, with a special emphasis on the safety of the guests. His leadership and problem-solving skills ensure smooth operations, even in the most challenging conditions. He enjoys fishing, water sports and travelling.
CHEF – Thodoris Ntoulas
Thodoris is a highly skilled Greek chef, born in 1989. He is a graduate of the Culinary School “LE MONDE” and he holds a diploma in Culinary Arts specializing as a "Culinary Technician." Throughout his career, Thodoris has worked in several prestigious restaurants around Greece, including Mommy Restaurant in Athens, Big Apple in Mykonos, and The Dalliance House Restaurant in Athens working under prestigious Michelin stars owners Executive Chefs. He has also served as a private chef, demonstrating his versatility and expertise. Thodoris has genuine love for cooking and food, he specializes in Mediterranean cuisine with oriental elements, and he is well-versed in Italian and French culinary traditions. His extensive experience covers all aspects of gastronomy, where he excels at creating and adapting dishes with precision and eye-catching presentation. Thodoris is committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences maintaining the highest levels of service. He speaks English and his hobbies are swimming and travelling.
