Greece yacht charter ARKTOS, a traditional Greek Motor Sailer, is available this summer to explore Greece’s islands. M/S ARKTOS sails out of Athens with possible itineraries in the Cyclades or Saronic Gulf of Greece. July and August are the busiest sailing times in Greece. However, May, June, September, and October are beautiful and good times to charter.
ARKTOS
The prestigious M/S ARKTOS is impressive, with a 113.6-foot deck area, 152.3-foot overall length, and beautiful design. M/S ARKTOS is maintained every year with extra care.
Arktos offers one luxurious master cabin, two extremely spacious VIP cabins, one very large twin, and one triple. In addition, all have private facilities, personal TV, and audio systems.
The yacht is outfitted with satellite communication (Phone/Fax/Email/Internet). It also has direct dialing & internal communication throughout and a portable computer with a printer. What’s more, for entertainment, there is a 42″ Plasma satellite TV in the salon and a satellite TV in every guest cabin.
The salon, dining, cabin, and deck areas also have an audio system. Additionally, there is a Library with CDs, DVDs, a hard disk with over 1000 movies for each cabin, and a great variety of books available for your convenience.

8-Day Rhodes to Rhodes Itinerary – Motor Sailer ARKTOS
Day 1: Rhodes Marina to Lindos (Approx. 28 NM)
Depart from Rhodes Marina, and set sail towards the picturesque town of Lindos. Anchor in the tranquil bay of St. Paul’s, a serene and beautiful spot. Explore the historic Acropolis of Lindos with stunning views of the coastline.
Relax on St. Paul’s Bay Beach, renowned for its crystal-clear waters. Either dine on board ARKTOS or go to Mavrikos for authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
Day 2: Lindos to Symi (Approx. 15 NM)
After a leisurely breakfast, cruise to the enchanting island of Symi, famous for its neoclassical architecture. Dock at Gialos Port and visit the Symi Maritime Museum. Stroll through the charming streets lined with colorful houses, then swim and sunbathe at the scenic Nanou Beach.
Head back to the yacht for a relaxing afternoon.
Day 3: Symi to Tilos (Approx. 25 NM)
Sail to Tilos, a serene and less-traveled island with unspoiled beauty. Your captain will anchor in Livadia Bay. There is plenty to see and do here. However, if you would like, relax on the beach.
If you’re up for exploring, visit the Megalo Chorio village and the Megalo Horio Museum. Visit Tilos Park, a nature reserve dedicated to preserving local wildlife. Dine at Michalis Tavern for authentic Greek flavors.
Day 4: Tilos to Chalki (Approx. 20 NM)
Navigate to Chalki, a quiet island known for its relaxed ambiance. Anchor in the beautiful bay of Chalki’s main town, then visit the medieval Castle of the Knights of St. John. This castle offers stunning panoramic views. Head back to the boat or relax on the pebble beaches of Ftenagia and Kania.
Day 5: Chalki to Alimia (Approx. 18 NM)
Sail to the secluded island of Alimia, a hidden gem with historic ruins. Anchor in Alimia Bay and explore the abandoned Italian military base. Swim and snorkel in the bay’s crystal-clear waters and enjoy a beachside barbecue prepared by the yacht’s crew. Experience a night of stargazing in this remote location.
Day 6: Alimia to Symi (Approx. 25 NM)
Return to Symi for a different perspective of the island. Dock in Pedi Bay and hike to the Panormitis Monastery.
Explore the monastery complex and its Byzantine architecture. Then, relax on Agia Marina Beach or explore the local shops. Dine at Tholos, a restaurant known for its traditional Greek cuisine.
Day 7: Symi to Rhodes Town (Approx. 24 NM)
Cruise back to Rhodes Town, the capital of the Dodecanese islands. Your Greece yacht charter aboard ARKTOS is not over yet! Explore the impressive Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes. Afterward, walk through the medieval Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Visit the Archaeological Museum to learn about the island’s history. Enjoy a farewell dinner at Marco Polo Mansion, combining history and fine dining.
Day 8: Rhodes Town Marina (Approx. 2 NM)
Disembark in Rhodes Town Marina with cherished memories.
