He has cruised extensively throughout the Western Mediterranean—including the French and Italian Rivieras, Corsica and Sardinia, Balearics, and Greek islands—with a particular expertise in planning smooth, guest-focused itineraries tailored to the region.
Having captained the successful charter yacht Lady Soul, Kemal is well-versed in the high standards and attention to detail that charter guests expect. He is known for his calm leadership, excellent seamanship, and proactive approach to safety, always prioritizing the wellbeing of guests, crew, and vessel.
Respected both on deck and below, Kemal is a captain who inspires confidence and consistently delivers a seamless charter experience.

Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on fresh seafood, Emiliano is also trained in pastry, sushi, and Thai cuisine, allowing him to create innovative fusion dishes. His extensive background includes working aboard prestigious yachts ranging from 30m to 56m, catering to high-profile owners and charter guests. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Emiliano is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Elena is a seasoned Chief Stewardess with over a decade of experience aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 30m to 124m. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional guest service, and strong leadership, Elena brings a calm, professional presence to every charter. Her expertise spans silver service, event planning, inventory management, and interior set-up, making her an invaluable asset on board. Having worked with a variety of nationalities and management styles, she is highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments. Fluent in English and holding both Ukrainian and French residency, Elena now leads the interior team on board EST OFF, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and unforgettable.

Wil joined M/Y BEST OFF as Chief Engineer for the 2025 season, bringing over two years of experience on both commercial and private vessels. He holds an EOOW III/1 Unlimited certification along with high-voltage operational qualifications. Wilfredo has previously served as Chief Engineer on M/Y Mac One (33m Custom Line) and as Second Engineer on the 40m M/Y Leudin 1. Wilfredo is solutions-driven, meticulous in preventative maintenance, and responsive under pressure — qualities essential for maintaining guest comfort and safety during high-demand periods. His calm, professional presence onboard is a key asset to the crew and a reassuring one for guests.

Jared Pollock

Jared is a dedicated and capable deckhand returning to M/Y BEST OFF for the 2025 season after a successful charter season onboard in 2023. Originally from South Africa, Jared brings strong watersports expertise and a proactive attitude to the team. He holds a speed boat licence (RYA Powerboat Level 2) and is a certified Jetski Instructor (RYA PWC Instructor), ensuring guest safety and enjoyment during all water-based activities. With experience across multiple charter yachts in the Mediterranean, Jared is known for his strong work ethic, excellent tender handling skills, and hands-on approach to all deck operations.

Kylie joins M/Y BEST OFF for the 2025 season, bringing her exceptional hospitality skills, professional maturity, and enthusiasm to the team. She spent the 2024 summer charter season as a stewardess on the 45m M/Y Tatiana 1, where she gained solid experience across housekeeping, service, and laundry. Originally from Australia, Kylie is a certified yoga instructor and former occupational therapist with a strong background in luxury hospitality. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and guest-focused mindset make her a valuable asset onboard, ensuring a seamless and memorable charter experience.
