Crew Profile

Captain: Filippo Matarese, Italian

Filippo has 32 years of experience in the maritime sector, ranging from short-term charters to long-distance charters. He has extensively crossed the eastern and western Mediterranean Sea and knows Mediterranean Sea very well and for this reason, he loves to make each charter unique, showing you the most recondite parts of the various landscapes. As captain, he is very proud to create tailor-made yacht cruising experiences for each charter. Fillippo has paid particular attention to the selection of the crew, according to the highest possible standards, he constantly takes care to details in order to ensure maximum comfort on board of the Lady B. He offers an enthusiasm that goes well with the positive attitude of the whole crew. He speaks Italian and fluent English. His love for navigation gives to Filippo the passion for research and organization of all kinds of activities for the improvement of the onboard experience.

Deckhand/Chef: Francesco Bossa, Italian

Francesco is a dynamic and willing crew member.He is good in the kitchen, using a variety of fresh local ingredients to create scrumptious dishes.
Francesco is very attentive to all the dynamics on board, he always keeps the boat super clean.
Italian mothertongue, he speaks a basic level of English.


Chief Stewardess: Anna Gallo, Italian

Anna is a lively, and highly motivated crew team, with over 8 years of experience in Yachting Industry.
She boasts an extensive experience on 30m charter vessels as Chief Stewardess.
Her skills range from excellent communication and high quality service to leadership, organization, safety & security responsibilities.
Anna is detail-oriented and enjoys creating fabulous memories for guests aboard Lady B.
Italian mothertongue, Anna holds the linguistic high school diploma and she fluently speaks English.

Stewardess: Federica Di Dato, Italian

Federica is a young motivated crew member, boasting excellent organization and planning skills.
After her degree in Business Administration, she started working for a financial service company in Madrid where she improved her Spanish.
Following her passion for travelling, people and new cultures, Federica choose to join the yachting industry and is thrilled to be part of Lady B crew. She can’t wait to welcome new guests aboard and make them experience their best time.
In her spare time, she loves playing tennis and running.
Italian mothertongue, she fluently speaks English and Spanish and she ha a basic knowledge of French.
