With over three decades of sailing experience, Philippe has navigated the world's waters, from the tranquil Caribbean to the mesmerising Mediterranean. His career began in 1989, honing his skills as a skipper and second aboard various vessels in the Caribbean and Venezuela, including a Scorpio 72, a Cata 90, and a Maxi 88 CIM. Since then, Philippe has embarked on numerous adventures, including sailing through the enchanting waters of the Pacific Ocean, exploring destinations like Rangiroa and the Marquesas Islands aboard an Archipel 57. His expertise extends beyond the operation of yacht charters, encompassing maintenance and refitting projects. This has been demonstrated been demonstrated through his involvement in refit projects for prestigious vessels like the Selene 62 M/Y SOLAR FOX. He has also managed charters for renowned yachts such as Lady M Lagoon 620 and CNB 76 Neyina, ensuring impeccable service for the most discerning clients. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Philippe is committed to delivering unparalleled adventures on the open seas.
Job Description
Philippe is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of LADY M, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the catamaran’s policies. He further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Helene is a seasoned chef-stewardess with a rich background in hospitality and service. Her culinary career has taken her across the seas, gracing the decks of luxury yachts such as the S/Y AYAXA Oyster 72' and the M/Y PHOENIX Moonen 84'. With her extensive yachting experience, Helene brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and impeccable hospitality to every charter experience. Her journey in the culinary world began at the renowned Bar à Huîtres "La Perle" in Noirmoutier en l’Ile, where she honed her skills as a Chef de Rang. From there, she ventured into the alpine luxury scene, serving as a receptionist at Club Vacanciel in Courchevel, Savoie. Helene's passion for service led her to prestigious roles as a Majordomo at Chalet Tahoe in Courchevel and as a Chef de Rang at Restaurant Le Grand Bé in Saint Malo. She further expanded her repertoire as a chef at Restaurant Le Jules Vernes in Brest, before embarking on international adventures in Belarus. She joins LADY M excited to bring her culinary creations and impeccable hospitality to guests aboard.
Job Description
As stewardess, Helene is responsible for organisation, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate record of all service items and supplies and ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. As chef, Helene is further responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter. With a deft touch and creative flair, she crafts meals that can be likened to the finest dining experiences. From haute cuisine to international treats, her artful skill in the kitchen knows no bounds.
