With over 8 years of professional experience as a skipper and chef aboard 45-62 ft. monohulls and catamarans, Helene has charted a dual career path in Marketing, PR, and Events. Now fully dedicated to yachting, she is driven by strong work ethics and aims to ensure guests' satisfaction, taking great pride in her work. Sailing and the sea are her true passions, where she finds fulfillment in sharing the water's beauty and ensuring guests' safety and comfort.

Beyond sailing, Helene is deeply enthusiastic about exploring the underwater world, eagerly anticipating introducing others to its mesmerizing beauty. Her background in high-end events and film production, combined with her social media expertise, equips her with unique skills to tailor exclusive experiences for guests.

Hi, I'm Eva, your dedicated yacht chef, passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for my guests out at sea.
Four years ago I had my first experience with yachting in Croatia as a guest myself. I immediately fell in love with the
lifestyle and all the beautiful experiences that come with living out on the water.

Back in the Netherlands where I was working as an online editor for the biggest culinary magazine in the Netherlands, I decided that I wanted to pursue a more adventurous life. I took my love for cooking and creative experience as a culinary editor back to Croatia where I took my
first steps into becoming a yacht chef.

The following years were filled with adventures in Greece, Croatia, Italy, and French Polynesia. I love learning about new
cultures, especially their food traditions, so I can take this inspiration back to the galley for my cooking. I love
healthy nutritious food with fresh local ingredients. But my love for the Mediterranean will always shine through. I try to
keep my menu well-balanced with delicious indulgents as well. It’s your holiday after all!

For me, the most important thing on board is giving you the most memorable experiences as a guest. Whether this is a
breakfast overlooking the morning sun shining on the ocean surface, a dinner under the stars, or ensuring a special
day is celebrated well. My goal is to give my guests the most special time just like I had four years ago which made me fall
in love with life out on the water.
