A member of the Panhellenic Professional Skipper's Association, he is currently completing his RYA/MCA YachtMaster Ocean certification. With a strong background in sailing, including being a former Greek National Sailing Team member and a champion in various sailing classes, Grigorios brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every charter. His leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to guest satisfaction ensure a safe, seamless, and memorable yachting experience.
With over a decade in the industry, Captain Grigorios has managed crewed yacht charters across the Aegean, Ionian, and Caribbean seas, working with top-tier companies such as The Moorings Ltd, Athenian Yachts, and Brama Yachts & Catamarans. He has also overseen multiple yacht deliveries, including transatlantic crossings and new catamaran deliveries from France to Greece. His adaptability, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence make him an exceptional leader aboard S/Y ALIZEE, where he ensures the highest standards of safety and service for all guests.
Konstantina Pilatou is an accomplished Chef-Stewardess with a passion for culinary excellence and impeccable service. She holds a Culinary Arts Diploma from Le Monde Athens and has further honed her skills at the prestigious Ashburton Yacht Chef Academy in the UK. With a warm, professional approach, she delights in crafting exquisite dishes tailored to guests' preferences, seamlessly blending international and Mediterranean flavors. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to create a welcoming onboard atmosphere make her an invaluable member of the S/Y ALIZEE crew.
With over a decade of experience on luxury yachts, Konstantina has worked on charters across the Greek islands, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean, aboard vessels ranging from 40ft to 180ft. Her diverse background includes experience in high-end restaurants, yacht deliveries, and hospitality roles, giving her a well-rounded skill set. Dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, she ensures that every meal and onboard service is delivered with professionalism and a personal touch, making every voyage aboard S/Y ALIZEE truly unforgettable.
