CAPTAIN: Tomasz JaworskiWith over 20,000 nautical miles sailed across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and North Sea, Tomasz brings extensive experience and a true passion for the sea. Holding the prestigious RYA Yachtmaster Offshore license with commercial endorsement, along with certifications such as STCW 95, ENG1, and PYA Yachtmaster for both sailing and motor yachts, this captain ensures the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Having worked on vessels up to 80 feet, including luxury catamarans like the Sunreef 80 and Fountaine Pajot Saba 50, the captain has vast experience in charter cruises, yacht deliveries, and guest services across stunning destinations including Croatia, Greece, the Canary Islands, and the Caribbean.
Sailing for him is more than a profession—it’s a lifestyle that combines adventure, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to excellence on the water, guaranteeing guests a memorable and safe journey every time.

CHEF: Sebastian
Sebastian is a passionate and highly skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, both on land and at sea. Creative, dynamic, and deeply committed to teamwork, he brings precision, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility to every galley he works in.
His recent role as Assistant Chef de Partie with Oceania Cruises saw him rotate through several top-tier dining venues, including the renowned Jacques Pépin French Restaurant, the Grand Dining Room (Pasta Station), Terrace Café Buffet (Hot Line), and Kosher Events. These diverse experiences allowed him to master a wide range of international cuisines and high-volume service without compromising on quality or presentation.
Sebastian’s land-based experience includes positions at La Boucherie as Chef de Partie, where he was responsible for menu planning, butchery, and kitchen coordination, as well as Tomodashi Ramen Bar and Gordo Bar as Cook 1, where he focused on recipe development, inventory, and fast-paced service.
He has also worked as Crew Chef aboard M/Y Aviva 68 and 98, and as Solo Chef on the 29m private yacht M/Y Queen J II, where he was responsible for provisioning and preparing kosher meals for guests and crew. These yacht roles further enhanced his ability to work independently, plan efficient menus, and adapt to the unique demands of life at sea.

With a vibrant mix of professionalism, creativity, and drive, Aleksandra brings energy and elegance to every yacht she steps on. Originally trained as a physiotherapist, she combines impeccable manners with a passion for hospitality and guest wellbeing — offering a refined yet friendly presence on board.
Sailing has been part of her life since childhood, and for the past three years, she has turned that passion into a career. Her physiotherapy background adds an extra layer of care, and her massage skills are a welcome bonus for guests seeking relaxation.
Aleksandra thrives in dynamic environments, excels under pressure, and has a natural ability to organize complex events — from themed dinners to seamless charter experiences. Her cooking, service skills, and warm personality make her an asset to any crew.
