His journey in the maritime industry has been characterised by a profound passion for yachting, cultivated over years of diverse experiences across various vessels and roles. Indeed, his career reflects a consistent dedication to excellence in yacht management and leadership. From his early roles as a deckhand on LEOPARD OF DUBAI II to his later positions as a captain on AD5 and MAGNIFICO MANGUSTA 105, he has honed his skills in navigating diverse waters, managing crews, and ensuring the smooth operation of luxury vessels.

Job Description
Keith is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of MANE ET NOCTE, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Hailing from the charming Seychelles, she brings to the team a wealth of local knowledge and a vibrant character that complements the luxurious cruise experience. With a background in catering on Silhouette Cruises and a passion for creating unforgettable moments, Murcianne is dedicated to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. As a stewardess, Murcianne will be instrumental in maintaining the impeccable standards of service that MANE ET NOCTE is renowned for.

Job Description
Murcianne is responsible for organisation, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. She offers particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit.
